• What if I don't want to stay at that Courtyard Marriott in Woburn?

A number of other areas hotels appear to have rooms, and several of them for less money BUT you should book soon because the Tall Ships are returning to Boston that weekend. Hotels.com, Trip Advisor, Trivago, etc. might be the best route for you if you don't feel the need to be with other alums.

  • What about transportation? If I don't have a car, will there be volunteers who can take me between hotel and event?

We will gladly provide rides for any and all who need them.

  • Do I need a jacket and tie for the evening event?

No, this event is meant to be informal and fun.

  • I have movement restrictions. How will I get to the upstairs venue for sharing session Saturday afternoon and to the basement venue for the evening one?

The First Congregational Church is handicap accessible, with ramps and an elevator.

  • I have a dietary restriction. Who do I reach out to to Communicate my needs?

Please send an email to alumni@winchesterabc.org with any dietary restrictions you have.

  • When does the reunion end?

Sunday is Fathers Day, so the reunion will end with the Saturday night dinner. Also, the current scholars will be in the midst of final exams so 2 Dix Street will not be open on Sunday.  However, all are welcome to schedule meet-ups for breakfasts and travel blessings at any number of nearby eateries.

  • Who can I contact if I have additional questions?

Please send an email to alumni@winchesterabc.org with any additional questions you may have.
